At the Alambrado Studio in Florence at the end of June, PRO DANZA ITALIA/USA
invites your participation for dance study in the studios of one of
Florence’s most important studios. From June 21st Monday thru June 30th
Wednesday, Alambrado is collaborating with us to host 5 hours of dance daily
at their studio on Via Datini 27 in Florence.
If you are able to add a week of dance and sightseeing in Florence to PRO
DANZA ITALIA/USA’s 4-week dance intensive on the Mediterranean coast in
Castiglioncello, the faculty and costs are listed below.
Arriving on June 20th to Florence, you would have 9 days of dance classes (Sunday
June 27th is free) and on the morning of July 1st Thursday, board the train
from Florence to the coast. You would be met at the train station in
Castiglioncello and taken to your lodging.
On July 2nd and 3rd, Pro Danza Italia/USA begins its intensive with
afternoon seminars by Billy Siegenfeld and Jump Rhythm Dance. The mornings
of July 2nd and 3rd will be devoted to orientation, shopping and additional
dance classes.
The cost of the 9 days of dance classes at Alambrado is $675 – (Sunday,
June 27th is a free day). payable to Pro Danza Italia by check, money order
or bank transfer. Ask about Paypal.
Accommodation in Florence will be at a B&B near the studio. Rooms are for 3
or 4 with bathroom. There are two different locations:
Merlo Bianco, via di Ripoli 82 and
Sognando Firenze, via Gian Paolo Orsini 115
Cost for 11 nights with breakfast is 410 euro.
Payment for accommodations must be made by wire transfer in euro to
Alambrado not later than May 20th. Should you decide to apply, the Pro Danza
