APPLICATION PACKAGES must include:
1. Completed APPLICATION FORM (Download, print out and complete -print legibly
or type)
2. $55 Application Processing Fee - nonrefundable. By Check or Money Order,
payable to Pro Danza.
3. Letter of Recommendation written by a current dance instructor
4. One-page description of your background in dance study, performance and
choreographic accomplishments. (Previous participants are exempt from this
requirement.)
5. In addition, you may want to make a brief autobiographical statement that
will help our faculty form a more complete profile of you. The statement should
touch on your artistic aspirations and why and how you feel that the Pro Danza
Workshop in Italy will help you to achieve your goals. (We will look at a video,
but it is not required.)

1) Spese D’Ammissione (non rimborsabili) di 40 euro – da fare pervenire assieme
alla Domanda D’Ammissione. La Domanda di Ammissione sara’ considerata solo dopo
aver verificato il vostro pagamento sul nostro conto corrente bancario o aver
ricevuto il vostro assegno bancario.
2) Si richiede una lettera di Presentazione sulle proprie capacita’ di danzatore
e di coreografo/a da parte di un docente che segua attualmente negli studi.
3) Su un foglio a parte scrivere e illustrare la propria evoluzione come
danzatore. Spiegare gli studi intrapresi, le tecniche apprese e indicare i
docenti presso cui si e’ lavorato e durata degli studi. Se si e' svolto un’attivita’
professionale nell’ambito della danza, spiegare brevemente.
4) Quando la Direzione negli Stati Uniti ricevera’ la Domanda accompagnata da 40
euro, la lettera di Presentazione, e la descrizione del proprio percorso di
crescita come danzatore, il candidato ricevera’ la risposta di ammissione o di
esclusione entro due settimane.
5) Ricevuta la conferma di ammissione, il partecipante dovra’ inviare alla
Direzione del Programma un certificato medico attestante le sue buone condizioni
di salute e l’idoneita’ a frequentare I corsi.

ATTENZIONE !
N.B. Dancers from American Colleges and
Universities - PRO DANZA ITALIA/USA participants have, in the
past, received college or university credit upon successful completion of the
Workshop. Applicants who wish credit must consult with their own institutions
and/or advisors concerning their requirements before the start of the Workshop
in July. If request for a Transcript is made before the start of the Workshop, there will
be no charge.

| Pro Danza
Italia/USA is a 4-week intensive Dance Workshop. However, it is possible
for dancers to apply for only the 1st two weeks or only the 2nd two
weeks. If they are accepted, student housing is not guaranteed, since
student housing is reserved for 4-week participants. In such cases, we
will provide for the 2-week student a number of hotels to contact in the
area with whom we have made discount arrangements. These hotels are
3-star hotels – rooms with bath and in most cases, breakfast included.

danzatori possono comunque iscriversi anche per le sole due prime
settimane oppure per le ultime due.
Se sono accettati nel Workshop, l'alloggio per gli studenti non e’
garantito in quanto riservato ai danzatori iscritti per il Workshop per
la durata di 4 settimane. Se e’ necessario possiamo fornire agli
iscritti i nomi degli alberghi con I quali Pro Danza Italia/USA ha
stipulato convenzioni (strutture a 3 stelle con telefono, TV, AC and
